Bedroom 1
Measures 29 square metres and opens with patio doors onto a huge 36 square
metre terrace area. This terrace has sun bed loungers and comfortable table and chairs which are ideal for playing cards

sunken ceiling spot lights with a dimmer switch for more mellow lighting.

conditioning unit and bedside cabinet. Again, this room is fitted with contemporary sunken ceiling spot lights and numerous

Is another huge room and is luxuriously fully tiled.
It is equipped with a corner shaped "Jacuzzi" spa bath, toilet,
basin and walk in "wet room" power shower

Bathroom 2
The smaller bathroom serves the two bedrooms on the ground floor of the apartment. It is luxuriously
fully tiled an offers a walk in "wet room" power shower, sink and WC.
