How to Book the "Penthouse in Turkey"

Contact us via e-mail at info@penthouseinturkey.com or via the telephone number provided. Please provide us with your name, telephone number and the period you would like to book the apartment for.

Please do NOT book your flights until we have confirmed availability of the apartment for the dates you require.

Payment

Payment for your accomodation is in Sterling by cheque, bankers draft or building society cheque.

We are currently unable to accept payment by credit cards, although payment via Paypal can be arranged. For more information, please contact us at info@penthouseinturkey.com

The rates shown are per week. However in mid-low seasons, special rates can be arranged for short breaks or long lets.

Deposit

A deposit of 30% of the basic holiday cost must be paid at the time of booking.

Payment of the Balance

The balance of the price of your holiday must be paid at least 8 weeks before your departure date. If the full holiday cost is not paid on time, we have the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you. In this case, the cancellation charges set out below will usually be applicable.

Late Bookings

For bookings made within 8 weeks of the departure date, we will require full details of your booking requirements and full payment at the time of your reservation.

If you cancel your booking

If you cancel for any reason, the following charges will be applied:

We recommend that you take out appropriate travel & holiay cancellation insurance. If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to re-claim these charges subject to the terms & conditions of your policy.

If You Change Your Booking

If, after our confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change any detail on your booking confirmation, please inform us as soon as practically possible and we will make all reasonable efforts to do so.

Accommodation Problems

In the highly unlikely event that you experience a problem with your accomodation, we or our agent must be contacted as soon as possible. We will then make all reasonable endeavours to resolve the problem within a reasonable timescale to your satisfaction. We will provide you with more contact details prior to your travel. Breakages and damage should be reported as soon as possible.

Smoking

We would like the apartment to be non-smoking and would ask everybody to respect that. However we are not able to monitor or impose a smoking ban in the property, we would ask that you respect that we are a non-smoking family and would ask you not to do so if possible and practical inside the apartment.

If you do need to smoke, please try to do so outside the property on one of the three terraces whilst enjoying the Turkish sun ! 

Lost Property

Please check the accomodation thoroughly prior to your departure. If you do leave anything, please advise us immediately you become aware and we will make reasonable endeavours to retrieve lost articles. Please note however, we are unable to guarantee to locate and return lost items and obviously cannot be responsible for any property you leave in the apartment. Any items that are located will be returned to the owner at the appropriate cost of postage, packing & shipping.

Damage Deposit
 
When full payment is required, we will also require a damage deposit of £250, which will normally be refunded within 7-10 days of your holiday ending, providing there is no loss or damage reported within the apartment. This will need to be paid by cheque or payment can be arranged via Paypal.
