In addition to the 24/7 security guard on site, the site is surrounded by a wall and an iron fence
and the entrance to the site is made possible through the lockable iron doors. The block is only accessible by key or intercom
system from the apartment itself. The front door has two three way bolted access for added security and safetly. Finally,
the complex is equipped with outdoor fire cabinets for emergency use.
The Garden
The beautifully tended garden area has Mediterranean plants and palm trees, very attractive lawn areas, and
well-lit garden paths.
